Early on Saturday 12 September 2020 at 7.30am, the Gympie Mayor dropped into the gardens for a sticky beak. We did a short tour and discussed our plans for the gardens. He and his wife even sat in on our meeting and asked questions and made very useful suggestions. Thank you for visiting us Mayor Hartwig. Hopefully we will be able to forge ahead with creating a strong sense of place and community for the people of Gympie.
