Join us on the autumn equinox for an open day and tour of Dragonfly Gardens, Phil Stringer’s urban farm in Gympie. This will be on Saturday 22 March at 9am and will run for about two hours.
Phil’s farm incorporates modern market garden practices with syntropics, regenerative agriculture and integrated permaculture systems to grow annuals, perennials, medicinal and food crops, and flowers. Phil will discuss topics such as soil health and compost fertility strategies, microclimates, water management, holistic design principles and community supported agriculture.
This is a ticketed event and Phil will kindly be donating half the proceeds to Gympie Community Garden.
Tickets are on a sliding scale from $10 to $30, so please give what you can.
Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
