When we signed our agreement we were not entirely sure what we had. We know it is flood prone, but we needed to really walk around and see the lay of the land.
We sent an invite out on FB! People who came to the planning walked around and discussed the best and worst parts that we perceived about 37 Tozer Park Road. We found all kinds of micro climates, positives and negatives that we intend to work with… In reality there is nothing wrong that we can’t fix with a bit of brainstorming (ongoing plan) all welcome!
